PLEASE NOTE: API 3 IS REQUIRED FOR THE SPECTRUM ANALYSER. IF YOU ALREADY HAVE THE LATEST SDRuno INSTALLED, OR HAVE ALREADY INSTALLED API3 FOR ANOTHER APPLICATION, THIS WILL WORK. OTHERWISE YOU CAN DOWNLOAD API V3 FROM HERE
