2. Kodak printer cannot be contacted over the network I am having a problem getting my Kodak printer to show 'Connected'. My computer recognizes it but the status shows 'disconnected' and when I run the windows 7 troubleshooter, I get the following message: Printer cannot be contacted over the network.

• For the software to operate correctly, you must have the complete package of .NET Framework 4 (Client Profile and Extended) installed on your computer. The software is available as a free download from the Microsoft website. If only the .NET Framework 4 Client Profile is installed on the computer (as shown in Control Panel>Programs and Features), Capture Pro will install successfully but will not run after you select your scanner.
• If you are producing Searchable PDF output on the same PC while scanning into new batches, then it is recommended that your PC has a dual-core processor.
